Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your ordered Dresses, Tops, or Bottoms, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
