Vekallo currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping charges are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification before it is handed over to our shipping carrier.
The estimated Standard Shipping transit time is 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as international customs processing and carrier delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your items and the delivery address. The final shipping fee will be displayed on your order summary page before payment.
Please be aware that any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Vekallo is not liable for these additional charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding potential fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's official website for the most up-to-date status.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers and a valid phone number for the carrier if required by local regulations. Vekallo is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed customs fees, we will contact you via email. Reshipping will incur additional charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we ensure all items are packaged securely, if your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Also, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
For packages lost in transit, please allow for the full estimated delivery window plus a reasonable grace period before contacting us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
