Orders & Shipping

How long does processing take before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Where do you ship to and what are the costs?

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?

Carrier tracking can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If there is no movement after several business days, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items like final sale products may not be eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are return shipping fees covered?

How can I find the right size for Dresses, Tops, or Bottoms?

Each product page has a detailed size chart with measurements in inches/centimeters. We recommend comparing your body measurements to the chart for the best fit, as sizing can vary between styles.

Is the color of the product accurate in the photos?

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions during photography.

Do you offer gift cards or packaging?

We currently do not offer physical gift cards or special gift packaging. All orders are shipped in our standard, discreet packaging.
