At Vekallo, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our Dresses, Tops, and Bottoms.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like bodysuits or final sale items, which will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotional event, unless faulty.

The Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
